Most allow that access to occur from anywhere, often through multiple different channels. The core challenge here is that protecting against data loss within these heterogeneous ecosystems of apps, mobile devices and connected platforms is incredibly hard to do because of the sheer volume of data being passed between them.


If they are like most large companies, they’re inundated with alerts and notifications about potential incidents. And even with massive resources at their disposal, keeping tabs on every possible point of breach proved too difficult.
