The GreatHorn Service only collects certain meta-data such as message timestamps, recipient and destination IP addresses, user names, email headers, etc. When you search or view content through the GreatHorn Service, GreatHorn uses email and chat provider services to display the content of messages, and does not read or store any of the content.

GreatHorn uses the information that we collect to set up, administer and provide the GreatHorn Service for organizations. IT Administrators can remove or disable the GreatHorn Service at any time from the Google Apps or Office 365 domain administrator interface.
GreatHorn takes security very seriously. All company employees are contractually obligated to safeguard GreatHorn and User data under confidentiality and privacy agreements. Access to GreatHorn production systems is restricted to authorized GreatHorn team members.
The GreatHorn service runs on Amazon Web Services, Google, and Azure. Google, AWS, and Azure are SSAE16 certified.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you use a GreatHorn blog, chat room, or other type of posting page, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other Users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages.
