This Privacy Policy describes our commitment to customer privacy. Generally, you can browse through our Website without giving us any information about yourself. Portions of this Website contain functions for collecting your personal information including your name and email address as well as your access history on this Website. If you register to use the GreatHorn Service or express interest in obtaining additional information, we require you to give us your contact information, such as your name, company name, address, and e-mail address. We obtain information collected on our public marketing website and augment it through ZoomInfo and Discover.org. For example, we will append data such as: up-to-date title and contact details such as city and state. This information is used exclusively for maintaining marketing database quality. We will only use that information for the specific reason for which it was provided to us.

The GreatHorn Service works without storing the content of your emails and messages. The GreatHorn Service only collects certain meta-data such as message timestamps, recipient and destination IP addresses, user names, email headers, etc. When you search or view content through the GreatHorn Service, GreatHorn uses email and chat provider services to display the content of messages, and does not read or store any of the content.

2. Use and Disclosure of Information

GreatHorn uses the information that we collect to set up, administer and provide the GreatHorn Service for organizations. We may also use the information to contact you to further discuss your interest in our company and the GreatHorn Service, to send information regarding our company or partners, such as promotions and events, and to respond to your requests for information. We may provide your personal information to companies that provide services to help us with our business activities such as marketing automation, customer relationship management, and support interface provider. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.

Except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, your email address and personal information will not be distributed or shared with any third parties other than GreatHorn employees, consultants and representatives.

GreatHorn may log in to your account to resolve a problem, upgrade your GreatHorn software, or address a support issue. In this case, GreatHorn personnel would have the same access and abilities within GreatHorn that you have when you are logged in to GreatHorn. GreatHorn may also view your account information and usage to investigate a suspected violation of the Terms of Service.

GreatHorn uses and logs information gathered from your web browser or device, such as your IP address, browser type, and browsing history, to help analyze and diagnose technical problems, and to administer our Website in order to constantly improve the quality of the GreatHorn Service.

GreatHorn collects and stores user data and user metadata to provide the GreatHorn service to you. GreatHorn also aggregates anonymized user data, including email pattern data, login times and locations, user meta-data, usage and volume statistical information, and other statistics from our visitors and Users and may provide such anonymous aggregated information to third parties.

4. Tracking Technologies

GreatHorn and our partners uses technologies such as: cookie, scripts, or similar technologies. We use platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Adwords Remarketing code, Google Adwords Conversion code, and AdRoll for tracking visitor behavior and displaying relevant advertisements to our website visitors. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. The GreatHorn Service supports single sign-on using Open ID, which allows for simplified, central access management to the GreatHorn Service, through the Google Apps administrative panel, and directly via URL.

As a Google and Azure Marketplace application, GreatHorn’s process of granting privileges to access and use the domain’s data is secure, and is handled by Google and Microsoft respectively. IT Administrators can remove or disable the GreatHorn Service at any time from the Google Apps or Office 365 domain administrator interface.

GreatHorn takes security very seriously. All company employees are contractually obligated to safeguard GreatHorn and User data under confidentiality and privacy agreements. Access to GreatHorn production systems is restricted to authorized GreatHorn team members.

The GreatHorn service runs on Amazon Web Services, Google, and Azure. Google, AWS, and Azure are SSAE16 certified.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6. Blogs and Other Forums on GreatHorn.com

If you use a GreatHorn blog, chat room, or other type of posting page, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other Users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums, or the use of such information by any third party. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.

12. Privacy Shield Frameworks

SF2 GH Inc. d/b/a/ GreatHorn (GreatHorn) complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce.  GreatHorn has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and from the United Kingdom (and Gibraltar) in reliance on the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF.  If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern.  To learn more about the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) program, and to view our certification, please visit https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/.

GreatHorn has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the DPF Principles to an independent dispute resolution mechanism, Data Privacy Framework Services, operated by BBB National Programs.
